It was great. My questions were all answered quickly. Service when getting to the apartment was friendly, quick and VERY efficient, even helped me get car registration papers in order. The apartment was great, comfortable, the bed was very comfortable, I will be looking forward to my next stay here.

We loved staying at this apartment @ viceroy. Diego and Belen arranged everything super efficient and fast. Communication was never a problem, on the contrary it was great! The apartment is very nicely decorated, it has everything you need, and the view from the balcony is amazing. Not to mention the facilities the towers have, spa, pull and gym. We had a wonderful experience in Miami expecially thanks to this beautiful house, really identical to the picture in the website... it was cleand and luminous, well equipped and easy also with children... we and our daugther spent our best christmas holidays ever! The only little problem for us was that, due to the season, the swimming pool was closed for maintenance (but I'm sure that, when it's open, it'd be wonderful!)

This apartment is truly exceptional! We have stayed at beautiful hotels in many countries and was the first time we rented an apartment. From the very start, airbnb and the host Diego and his team, Flavio and Teresa were so helpful. Nothing was ever a problem. It was as easy as ABC. When we walked in, it was like a breath of fresh air. The apartment, marbled throughout, is incredibly spacious and bright with balconies in every room. The kitchen is a dream although we went out to eat most of the time. The Miele coffee machine, the best on the market, produced quite a few espressos! The bedrooms and bathrooms are outstanding and so comfortable. The staff at the beach were friendly and efficient. The area is safe and has everything including the best blowdry a girl can get at 'hair by Jahir' on Sunny Isles Boulevard. Houve alguns imprevistos, é verdade. Mas Diego contorna tudo elegantemente, deixando-nos bastante tranquilos em seu espaço. Vou procurá-lo, inclusive, para um lugar maior da próxima vez. Há projetos familiares divertidos para Miami.

5 stars! Perfect view. Clean, beautiful and breathtaking apartment! The location is amazing. Very convenient. My kids loved the environment, the beach area and the heated pool.:) The services are wonderful in the building. Made us feel like in a luxury resort. Diego and Belen are very easy to contact and super fast in replying our requests. We'll go back in January 2012 for another great experience. It's a place to keep it in mind- like paradise. The place was real nice in a good location that isn't Miami Beach. They have access to a spa which I recommend all who stay to visit. If you're in the area also try a Superperro at La Moon.

We booked the loft for Art Basel and it was nothing short of fantastic. It is so beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches - espresso machine, candies, fresh sets of towels (face and body), beach towels -- everything you could possibly need. After this experience, I doubt I will go back to staying in hotels. Location wise, it was a stones throw away from everything in South Beach - Lincoln, Collins road and the beach. The host was extremely accommodating with check in/check out time. There's nothing negative to say about the place, only that I hope its available next time I'm in Miami!

The experience beat our expectations; very spacious and well equipped apartment with excellent views over the ocean. Great bathrooms and plenty of storage space. Easy access with friendly service from valets and concierges. There are signs of usage in some areas and I would expect a paint job to be done within the next 12 months or so. I do not hesitate to recommend this apartment to others and we would also be happy to come back in the future. All the best, Hans

If you're looking for a place that's close to South Beach without having to deal with the craziness, you should check out this place. Diego's property was gorgeous and came stocked with all of the amenities we could want. It fits two couples comfortably, with an additional fold out couch that can fit an additional person. Lots of great Peruvian restaurants and places to hang up on 71st. I'd definitely stay again.

Check-in and Check-out easy as pie. The host was easy to reach. The apt was great. Its in the same neighborhood as the W and the Setai. 2 blocks from the beach, close to Ocean Dr, Collins Ave, Lincoln Rd, Espanola Way and other 'happening' parts of SoBe. It's going to be my first choice next time I'm in South Beach.

Well it could not have better then That ! The appartment is amazing ! The view from both bedrooms and living rooms are Just crazy. The style of the appartment and beds are just five stars. Diego did organise the check in at 3pm and was Right on time. The place was even better then on pictures even if the pictures Make you already understand That the place is really amazing. Diego did not knew that we had a rental car , and First think the next morning Flavio was there to organise all the paper with the Valet parking people, so we had not to pay anything for going in and on all the time. We did not have had to Call about That , Flavio was there to take care of first think in the morning. Because of many différent credit card autorisation ( appartement, car rentals ect ...) we have been short with my business credit card at the airport and Air France would not me my friend check in !!! After a Call to Diego explainning the case , 20 minutes after That Diego and Flavio were at the H Air F

Nuestra estadia fue perfecta. Todo fue cumplido, en tiempo y en orden. El apartamento es super cómodo, todo funciona y es muy recomendable. El condo es atendido por gente muy amable y tiene todo lo necesario para que la estadia en Miami sea ideal. Muchas gracias por todo!

The apartment was just awesome, exactly like in the pictures. The building is brand new and offers all amenities needed. Diego, Flavio and Teresa where always there when we needed them and are simply great hosts. We're already looking forward to our next trip to Miami and will definitely stay in this place again.

This Ocean Dream Loft was amazing! My colleague and I had a wonderful stay in the two bedroom two floor space while recently hosting some corporate events in Miami. Located in North Beach it is just a few minutes drive from The Fontainbleu and an array of bars and clubs, and is easy to get to from anywhere in SOBE. The pool is extra long and can be enjoyed half in shade half in sun, with a hot tub waiting at the end. Everything was immaculate and Diego and his assistant Flavio were easy to communicate with and made sure our check in / check out went smoothly. I hope I get to stay here on my next trip to Miami and I'd encourage anyone to try it out!

I spent a really good time in the apt, it looks like in te pictures, and the emplacement is very good, supermarket and restaurants not so far, i'll come back for sure at this apt.

Good location - close to beach and 10 minutes to south beach. Apt was as advertised, electric outlets in bathroom need some work but otherwise a nice stay. there was a fire alarm that went off at 7am on Saturday morning - no explanation - rather annoying.

Easily one of the best looking apartments I've seen in a while. Diego was very informative and his aide Flavio was equally as helpful. Next time I come to Miami I know where I'm staying again.

I wanted to try AirBNB out and rented this apartment for my parents, they loved it. It's really big, well situated(2 minutes to the beach), includes 1 parking space and its very well decorated. I would definetelly recommend it and I am probably coming back here next time I am in Miami. Thanks you Diego.

Great Place to stay in Miami Beach. Very modern fully equiped flats, 50 meters from the beach, with Gym, Jacuzzi and swimming pool... Will definitly come back and recommand this place to my friends !

THE BEST EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Simply better than expected. I have used airbnb.com to stay in Paris, Milan, Miami, and this has been, by far the best experience. Diego and Flavio are extremely nice people, professional, with fast response, very helpful and very very nice. They made us feel we welcome and comfortable at all times. The apartment was spotless. Brand new apartment, with all the appliances, washer and dryer, 1 bedroom on the first floor, with a big size bathroom, a state of the art kitchen built in to the living space. High ceilings, modern furniture, a second floor with a very large bedroom. If you are going on a group, 6 people can stay without problem. If you are going in couples, I recommend 4 people, 2 couples. The location was excellent. Beach access just across the street, the building has an entertainment room, a swimming pool and a great gym. Highly recommendable! Thank you Flavio, Thank you Diego!
